Mass State Police Trooper Casey LaMonte is not just accused of being present.

According to prosecutors, he allegedly tried to cover up what happened to Enrique Delgado-Garcia by revising an already approved lesson plan after the fact — while Delgado-Garcia was on the way to the hospital, think about how sick that is — and then creating another document that inaccurately described the boxing-related training connected to his injuries.
