MSP Sgt. Jennifer Penton Perjury Hearing

Today I’ll be at Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn, Massachusetts, at 10:30 AM covering MSP Sgt. Jennifer Penton’s perjury hearing in connection with the death of Trooper Enrique Delgado-Garcia, where she is expected to be formally charged.

According to the Commonwealth, Penton is facing one count of perjury for allegedly lying under oath before a statewide grand jury about her knowledge of Delgado-Garcia's injuries.

This appears to be a magistrate hearing, so I expect it to be a very quick arraignment. I’ll keep you posted as new details develop.
